Two Luxury Apartments overlooking the 14th Green
The Resort
The Apartments are situated on the stunning Valle del Este Golf & Spa resort near Mojacar in Almeria, Spain. The area still retains its Spanish heritage and feel, yet at the same time offers a luxurious resort which is equally suitable to families, golf parties or couples. The apartments are front line to the golf course with stunning views over the 14th green and back nine holes of the course. They are modern open plan in design, and have all modern conveniences including air conditioning. They are located on a small gated complex with its own communal pool, and all the hotel facilities are available to our guests. The Resort is centred around the Superior four-star tourist Hotel which has its own Golf course, stunning pool area, beach club, Spa and Sports Club. There is a small commercial centre which hosts a couple of restaurants and bars, a supermarket, bank and several small boutiques. You can take a closer look at the Hotels facilities by going to www.valledeleste.es The apartments are just a 5 to 10 mins drive from miles and miles of blue flag beaches, white washed villages and a host of bars and restaurants. Easily reached by motorway from Almeria airport, 45 mins, or both Alicante & Murcia, 90 minutes. All served by low cost airlines.
The Course The courses is a truly stunning course built in a desert style with palm trees and many water hazards. It is one of only two desert courses in Europe, the second Desert Springs is just 20 minutes away. The Valle del Este 18-hole golf course has been carefully designed to combine holes that represent a real challenge to the player, with other less strenuous holes - The golf course has been designed by José Canales, paying careful attention to every detail and integrating the course into the surrounding landscape by making use of indigenous vegetation - The course design and setting make it quite spectacular. The tees are particularly noteworthy, positioned on small raised platforms surrounded by volcanic rock, as well as the wide, generous fairways Nearby there are 3 other golf courses including Desert Springs. The Surrounding Area
Valle del Este is situated near the typically Spanish town of Vera, about 5 to 10 minutes rural drive inland from the extensive beaches of Mojacar. This part of Spain is one of driest and sunniest with over 300 sunny days a year and is often used as a film set - there is a cowboy town attraction called mini Hollywood a short drive away. There are miles of clean beaches, some barely used at all. All the usual water activities can be found on Mojacar and Vera playas, along with bars, restaurants and plenty of shops. Mojacar village is picturesque with it's maze of tiny cobbled streets and white sugar cube moorish style houses. Nearby is the fishing village and port of Garrucha with it's fish restaurants along the promenade. The area is well served by motorways making the airport runs very easy and allowing access to national parks, on the coast and in the mountains, as well as Granada a couple of hours away
The Apartments Both apartments have Air conditioning and are situated overlooking the 14th green and the course to the Hotel. Both apartments are fully equipped for self catering with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and washing machine. The master bedrooms of both are an en-suite and each apartment has its own outside space whether it be a balcony or patio area. Both have fitted wardrobes. There is a communal pool a matter of yards from the apartments and the new 4* hotel complex with all modern facilities and the clubhouse is a 5min stroll away. Apartment One Two bedrooms & two bathrooms (one en-suite), with open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor of three and from the lounge you walk out onto the terraced balcony which overlooks the 14th green and towards the clubhouse.

If you do decide to book with us then we will provide an info pack for you regarding what's available in the area, all the details of how to work appliances in the apartments and details of how to pick up the keys from our key holder who resides on the resort. A welcome pack with tea / coffee / beer / wine / bread / milk etc will be waiting for you on your arrival.
We can also assist with identifying car hire, and flights.....can book the car hire on your behalf.....and can also offer discounted green fees at all local courses saving as much as £30 per round.
Prices
The fees above are for one week (i.e 7 nights) and the fee payable for the first week relates to the departure date. The second weeks fee is payable at the rate that applies for that week. So for example if you go for two weeks and the first week starts on the 31st June then the first weeks fee for the 2 bed would be at the June rate however as the second week starts in July then the fee for the second week would be at that rate. We are flexible on start and finish dates and duration of your holidays, although there is a minimum stay / charge of 3 nights. A £100 deposit is required at the time of reserving, and the balance due in full, 8 weeks prior to your departure date.
